How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location and is estimated from the time your product is packed and located in Post office (logistics companies). These are our estimation:
Processing time:
All orders are processed within 3 – 5 business days. It takes 1 – 3 days to ship your order to our warehouse, put your name and address on it and ship out.
Wood and handmade products: because of the unique nature of wood and natural materials, colors and textures will vary, production time from 5 – 7 business days
Shipping Time:
You will receive your order from 5 – 7 business days (10 – 15 business days out side US) from the date that it is shipped out, not the date when the order is placed.
Wood and handmade products: You will receive your order from 15 – 20 business days
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or extreme weather conditions in some parts of the country, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
